1. Course purpose / पाठ्यक्रम का उद्देश्य
SportsNet EDU courses provide educational and practical guidance. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, medical or other regulated professional advice. Learners should obtain advice appropriate to their organisation and circumstances before taking material decisions. / SportsNet EDU के पाठ्यक्रम शैक्षिक और व्यावहारिक मार्गदर्शन देते हैं। ये कानूनी, कर, लेखांकन, चिकित्सकीय या अन्य विनियमित पेशेवर सलाह नहीं हैं। महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लेने से पहले शिक्षार्थी को अपने संगठन और परिस्थितियों के अनुसार विशेषज्ञ सलाह लेनी चाहिए।
2. Account and access / खाता और पहुँच
Course access is personal to the enrolled learner. Login details, OTPs and passwords must not be shared. Learners are responsible for providing accurate order and contact information and for using compatible internet access and software. / पाठ्यक्रम की पहुँच नामांकित शिक्षार्थी के व्यक्तिगत उपयोग के लिए है। लॉगिन विवरण, OTP और पासवर्ड साझा न करें। सही ऑर्डर व संपर्क जानकारी देना तथा उपयुक्त इंटरनेट और सॉफ्टवेयर का उपयोग करना शिक्षार्थी की जिम्मेदारी है।
3. Course content and legal updates / पाठ्यक्रम सामग्री और कानूनी अद्यतन
Sports-administration rules and legal frameworks may change. Dates and source links are provided where relevant. The course distinguishes enacted law from provisions brought into force. It does not imply that every club or State/district association is directly recognised or regulated in the same way as a recognised National Sports Body. SportsNet EDU may correct or update content to improve accuracy without reducing a learner’s purchased access. / खेल प्रशासन के नियम और कानूनी ढाँचे बदल सकते हैं। जहाँ आवश्यक हो वहाँ तारीख और स्रोत लिंक दिए जाते हैं। पाठ्यक्रम अधिनियमित कानून और लागू किए गए प्रावधानों में अंतर बताता है। यह संकेत नहीं देता कि प्रत्येक क्लब या राज्य/जिला संघ को किसी मान्यता प्राप्त National Sports Body की तरह सीधे मान्यता या विनियमन प्राप्त है। SportsNet EDU सटीकता सुधारने के लिए सामग्री ठीक या अद्यतन कर सकता है, लेकिन इससे खरीदी गई पहुँच कम नहीं होगी।
4. Assessment and certificate / मूल्यांकन और प्रमाणपत्र
A completion certificate is issued only after the learner completes the required lessons and assessments and achieves the passing score stated in the course. A certificate records course completion; it is not a university degree, statutory licence, government recognition, job guarantee or endorsement by any sports body unless expressly stated with documentary proof. / पूर्णता प्रमाणपत्र तभी जारी होगा जब शिक्षार्थी आवश्यक पाठ और मूल्यांकन पूरा करे तथा पाठ्यक्रम में प्रकाशित उत्तीर्ण अंक प्राप्त करे। प्रमाणपत्र पाठ्यक्रम पूर्णता का रिकॉर्ड है; यह विश्वविद्यालय की डिग्री, वैधानिक लाइसेंस, सरकारी मान्यता, नौकरी की गारंटी या किसी खेल निकाय का समर्थन नहीं है, जब तक दस्तावेजी प्रमाण के साथ स्पष्ट रूप से न कहा गया हो।
5. Approved 95% refund policy / स्वीकृत 95% धनवापसी नीति
An eligible learner may request a refund within three calendar days of purchase. The approved refund is 95% of the amount actually paid. Eligibility requires that the learner has not attempted any lesson quiz, module quiz or other course assessment; has not attempted the final assessment; has not received a certificate; and has not substantially used the downloadable resources. Routine technical access checks alone do not amount to substantial use. The retained 5% covers payment-processing and administrative costs.
पात्र शिक्षार्थी खरीद की तारीख से तीन कैलेंडर दिनों के भीतर धनवापसी का अनुरोध कर सकता है। स्वीकृत धनवापसी वास्तव में भुगतान की गई राशि का 95% होगी। पात्रता के लिए शिक्षार्थी ने किसी पाठ प्रश्नोत्तरी, मॉड्यूल प्रश्नोत्तरी या अन्य पाठ्यक्रम मूल्यांकन का प्रयास न किया हो; अंतिम मूल्यांकन का प्रयास न किया हो; प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त न किया हो; और डाउनलोड योग्य संसाधनों का पर्याप्त उपयोग न किया हो। केवल तकनीकी पहुँच जाँच पर्याप्त उपयोग नहीं मानी जाएगी। शेष 5% भुगतान-प्रसंस्करण और प्रशासनिक लागत के लिए रखा जाएगा।
Duplicate payments, failure to obtain course access, or a material technical defect caused by SportsNet EDU will be reviewed separately for correction or refund. Statutory consumer rights are not limited. / दोहरा भुगतान, पाठ्यक्रम तक पहुँच न मिलना, या SportsNet EDU की ओर से कोई महत्वपूर्ण तकनीकी दोष होने पर सुधार या धनवापसी के लिए अलग से जाँच की जाएगी। वैधानिक उपभोक्ता अधिकार सीमित नहीं किए जाते।
Send the request to inquiry@sportsnetedu.com within the three-day period with the learner’s name, course name, order reference and payment date. Never send a password, OTP or full card details. Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on the payment provider. / तीन दिनों की अवधि के भीतर शिक्षार्थी का नाम, पाठ्यक्रम का नाम, ऑर्डर संदर्भ और भुगतान तिथि के साथ inquiry@sportsnetedu.com पर अनुरोध भेजें। पासवर्ड, OTP या पूरा कार्ड विवरण कभी न भेजें। स्वीकृति के बाद धनवापसी मूल भुगतान माध्यम पर आरंभ की जाएगी; खाते में दिखने का समय भुगतान सेवा प्रदाता पर निर्भर करेगा।
6. Downloads and intellectual property / डाउनलोड और बौद्धिक संपदा
Enrolled learners may use the supplied templates for their own learning and internal organisational work. Course text, videos, quizzes, templates and branding may not be resold, republished, publicly uploaded or distributed without written permission. / नामांकित शिक्षार्थी दिए गए टेम्पलेट अपने अध्ययन और संगठन के आंतरिक कार्य के लिए उपयोग कर सकते हैं। लिखित अनुमति के बिना पाठ्यक्रम पाठ, वीडियो, प्रश्नोत्तरी, टेम्पलेट और ब्रांडिंग को बेचा, पुनः प्रकाशित, सार्वजनिक रूप से अपलोड या वितरित नहीं किया जा सकता।
7. Acceptable use / स्वीकार्य उपयोग
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other learners, submit unlawful content or infringe another person’s rights. SportsNet EDU may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse or comply with law. / वेबसाइट का दुरुपयोग, अनधिकृत पहुँच का प्रयास, अन्य शिक्षार्थियों को बाधित करना, गैरकानूनी सामग्री जमा करना या किसी के अधिकारों का उल्लंघन न करें। सेवा की सुरक्षा, दुरुपयोग की जाँच या कानून का पालन करने के लिए आवश्यक होने पर SportsNet EDU पहुँच सीमित कर सकता है।
8. Support and complaints / सहायता और शिकायतें
Email inquiry@sportsnetedu.com or use the Contact Us page. Include the course name and order reference. SportsNet EDU will review the issue and provide the available remedy under these terms and applicable law. / inquiry@sportsnetedu.com पर ईमेल करें या Contact Us पेज उपयोग करें। पाठ्यक्रम का नाम और ऑर्डर संदर्भ दें। SportsNet EDU इन नियमों और लागू कानून के अनुसार समस्या की जाँच कर उपलब्ध समाधान देगा।
9. Liability and governing law / दायित्व और लागू कानून
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, learners remain responsible for decisions made using educational content. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to competent courts or authorities. / इन नियमों में ऐसा कोई दायित्व या अधिकार बाहर नहीं किया गया जिसे कानूनन बाहर नहीं किया जा सकता। उन अधिकारों के अधीन, शैक्षिक सामग्री के आधार पर लिए गए निर्णयों की जिम्मेदारी शिक्षार्थी की रहती है। ये नियम भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित हैं और विवाद सक्षम न्यायालय या प्राधिकरण के अधीन होंगे।
10. Changes / परिवर्तन
Material changes will be dated on this page. The terms applicable at the time of purchase will ordinarily govern that purchase, except where a later change is required by law or is more favourable to the learner. / महत्वपूर्ण परिवर्तनों की तारीख इस पेज पर दी जाएगी। सामान्यतः खरीद के समय लागू नियम उस खरीद पर लागू होंगे, सिवाय इसके कि बाद का परिवर्तन कानून द्वारा आवश्यक हो या शिक्षार्थी के लिए अधिक लाभकारी हो।
