About Course

Sports administration in India is entering a new era. With the National Sports Governance Act, 2025 reshaping how federations, associations, and clubs are recognised, governed, and held accountable, administrators can no longer rely solely on informal knowledge passed down through experience.

This course provides a practical and structured foundation in how sports bodies in India actually function, covering governance, financial management, athlete administration, event oversight, dispute prevention, and the legal changes transforming the sports sector.

The course is built on more than 35 years of direct experience in sports administration, including service as Deputy Chairperson and Vice President of various international sports federations and organisations. The instructor’s sports-related videos have also been featured by the International Sports Press Association (AIPS), reflecting the international relevance and credibility of his work.

Whether you have recently been appointed to a district or state sports body, are a coach or physical education teacher moving into administration, a student seeking a career in sports management, or an academy owner managing your own operations, this course will give you the knowledge and tools needed to manage sports organisations transparently, prevent common disputes, strengthen accountability, and understand the evolving legal framework governing Indian sports.
