Learn to welcome people, carry out an assigned role, recognise problems and hand over responsibly at national and international sports events. Practise with fictional situations before your event-specific training.

How to learn / अध्ययन कैसे करें

Study in English, Hindi or both. Complete each exercise using fictional details, compare your work with the model, and keep your practice notes. Mark a lesson complete only after its practice is done. The time estimate includes exercises and assessment; these are text-based lessons, not recorded video hours.

Assessment and completion / मूल्यांकन और पूर्णता

Complete all lessons and practical activities, pass the final knowledge assessment with at least 80%, and pass the separate safety checkpoint with 100%. Review the explanations and retry when needed. The practical work is self-declared; an optional organiser-observed assessment is provided in the toolkit.
